Bronze age Mycenaean bronze dagger

Description

A Bronze Age bronze dagger blade featuring a triangular concave blade shape with upward sloping shoulders. The blade presents with a flattened midrib, which leads to a point. A flat tang extends from the bottom of the blade. The tang features a rivet hole at the end with enlarged hole for the rivet head. The end of the tang is slightly bent. Faint shadow of the organic hilt hand guard in rounded incuse (crescent) shape. Strong cut mark on the blade.
